“Journey through generations” during the next Federation of Genealogical Societies conference. Join us at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, August 21-24, for a fun-filled, inspiring time as you learn from the experts, research in the nation’s second largest Genealogical library and more. Everyone with an interest in family history is welcome.


This year’s FGS conference has something for everyone! Sessions will include a wide array of offerings from many of the nation's leading family history experts and genealogical and historical organizations. The biggest difficulty for conference-goers may be choosing which session to attend in each time slot!

One of the most exciting areas at FGS conferences is the large exhibit hall, featuring the latest software, books, maps, databases and gadgets on the market for genealogists and family historians, as well as information about genealogical organizations.


Conference special events kick off with the Opening Social Wednesday evening. Enjoy extended Exhibit Hall hours on Thursday, extended research hours in The Genealogy Center and more. There are also many places to see and exciting activities in Fort Wayne.
