Attention FGS Member Societies:

"Societies on Parade" (formerly known as Society Hall at the FGS Conferences Exhibit Halls) is a location at the conferences, where tables will be available for setting out your society's publicity brochures and handouts.

This year, in Fort Wayne on August 15, 16, 17, and 18, these tables will be located in a high traffic area with high visibility.

This is your opportunity to distribute your society brochures, seminar notices and registration forms, meeting information, publication order forms, or anything you would like to set out for the public to see publicizing your society.

Cautionary note: Do not display irreplaceable items. The Societies on Parade tables are not staffed, but are open to the public. FGS cannot guarantee security while providing public access to society brochures.
