All exhibitors participating in the FGS/ACPL 2007
Conference: A Meeting at the Crossroads of America are subject to these rules,
regulations and policies. Questions regarding these rules and regulations should be

- The show will be held at the Grand Wayne Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Exhibits will be open to registrants during the following times: Thursday, August 16, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Friday August 17, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, August 18, 8 AM to 4 PM. Move in and installation will be from 8 AM to 8 PM on Wednesday August 15, 2007. No exhibit or exhibit material may be moved into or removed from the exhibit area during the official exhibit hours except by written permission. Admittance to the exhibit area before exhibit hours requires an exhibitor badge which will be provided.
- Equipment may not extend into the aisles and across the exhibitor's purchased booth lines.
- All signs must be located within the boundaries of the assigned booth space and hung no higher than the height limitations for each booth type. Signs may not be attached to walls, nor may they be hung from the ceiling outside the assigned booth space.
- The exhibitor may not display or distribute printed matter, samples, advertising matter or other articles outside the confines of its assigned space.
- The exhibitor will keep the exhibit in good condition at all times.
- If the booth is left unattended during exhibit hours, neither the Grand Wayne Center nor the FGS/ACPL Conference is liable for any loss or damage.
- Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages in their booths without prior authorization from the Grand Wayne Center. Exceptions to this are hard-candy and other party favor type give-aways intended to attract attendees to one's booth.
- To maintain the professionalism and high caliber of the conference, exhibitors are asked to observe and maintain the "good neighbor policy" at all times. Loud or obtrusive audio-visual or oral presentations or other activity that would be distracting to neighboring booths will not be permitted. If found to exist and cause such distraction, the exhibitor will be asked to discontinue such practice.
- Each exhibitor will be provided badges for booth personnel, which must be displayed and identifiable to conference attendees and show management personnel.
- All exhibitors will be bound by and subject to the policies and procedures of the Grand Wayne Center. The exhibitor further agrees to comply with all fire rules, electrical codes, union jurisdictions and all other applicable Federal, State, Municipal and County laws and regulations.
- Exhibitors will be liable for damage caused by marking, defacing or damage by fastening fixtures or other items to floors, walls, or columns of the Grand Wayne Center and for any damage to equipment furnished by Grand Wayne Center management or its service suppliers.
- To facilitate shipments into and out of the Grand Wayne Center, please refer to the instructions attached regarding shipping.
- At move-in, an FGS/ACPL 2007 Conference: A Meeting at the Crossroads of America representative will be on hand to assist you and answer your specific questions.
- No one will be allowed into the Exhibit Hall before 8:30 AM on Thursday, 16 August 2007, nor 7:45 AM on Friday, 17 August or Saturday, 18 August.
- Exhibitors must apply for an Indiana Retail Merchant’s Certificate, which will need to be displayed at the booth. Fill out BT-1 form at the Indiana Department of Revenue’s website 15.
