Invitation to Exhibit

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the FGS/ACPL 2007 Conference: A Meeting at the Crossroads of America! as one of our exhibitors. The conference will be held in Fort Wayne’s finest convention facility, the Grand Wayne Center <www.grandwayne.com>, August 15 – 18, 2007, just across the street from the expanded and remodeled library. The Exhibit Hall Grand Opening will be during a conflict-free time and there will be extensive hours for attendees to shop.

Each 10x10 foot booth will include an 8 foot table, chair, wastebasket, pipe and drapes, signage, and a complimentary conference badge for a bargain $150.

Wireless Internet service will be provided by the Grand Wayne Center. Analog lines, wired Internet service, electricity, and technical installation services are available directly through the Grand Wayne Center.

To apply for exhibit space:

1. Read the Exhibitor Policies.
2. View the Exhibit Hall diagram and select up to three location options. Locations will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Booth choices are not guaranteed. If all listed selections are unavailable, conference staff will select next best site.
3. Print and fill out the Exhibitor Registration form and mail it to the address below.
4. For pricing related to technical services or additional tables, chairs, etc., please see the Service Order form (form updated 22 May 2007.)
5. For shipping information, please see the Drayage and Material Handling form, Outbound Shipping information and the Shipping Labels document.
6. Apply for an Indiana Retail Merchant’s Certificate, to display at your booth. Fill out form BT-1 at the Indiana Department of Revenue’s website https://secure.in.gov/apps/dor/bt1/
